Just bought a new GE dehumidifier and followed directions for continuous drainage carefully (hose and not bucket usage), but it does not work.
From all the emails I have seen this is not an isolated issue.
GE's literature and the fact that a hose attachment is included on the dehumidifier would lead one to believe that the continuous drainage was a feature of this system.
GE does not offer a hot-line number to call, I wonder why? A perfect catch 22.
